CHRISTMAS FAYRE

Is it ok to mention C H R I S T M A S?. it’s actually just 8 weeks and one day away.. YIKES!!

We know it’s still October but in order to avoid clashing with other local events the Alva Christmas Fayre is just around the corner on Sat 19th November and the clock is ticking.

Alva West Proposed Development – Update

Update on the Alva West Proposed Development.
Affordable Housing Statement added today.
In short it means 61 Affordable Homes will equate to 25% of the total number of units proposed made up of:
23 no. 2 bedroom 4 person villas;
29 no. 3 bedroom 5 person villas and;
9 no. 5 bedroom 8 person villas.
These will be split proportionately between the area north of the A91 and those to the south, to ensure integration and that construction of the Affordable Houses can be phased to match the development as a whole.
