Your community needs you! We need willing volunteers to help out at the fun day.
Helpers of all abilities will be welcome but in particular we need help to put up the two marquees and ‘gatekeepers’ to direct folks to the parking at Parklands.
Any one who can help, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
A reminder that your views on how the council should be spending our money are sought.
HAVE YOUR SAY on the Proposals for Clackmannanshire Councils Budget 2015/2016
The proposals include a mixture of the following examples.
• stopping delivery of some services e.g. subsidising free swimming in the summer holidays, provision of swimming lessons for P4 & P5 and twinning activity.
• reducing the level of service provision e.g. Community Access Point Services and entitlement to free school transport to the statutory required levels.
• changing the way some services are provided e.g.
move to a 3 weekly bin collection.
• introducing or increasing charges for some services e.g. for nursery sessions over and above 600 hours
Your feedback and input will run from 18th December 2014 to 9th February 2015 and your responses will be shared with all councillors in advance of setting the 2015/16 budget.
