Scottish Police Authority Public Meeting
On the afternoon of Thursday 9 May at 1pm, the Board of the new Scottish
Police Authority (SPA) will be in Alloa to hold its 9th public meeting in
the Conference Room within Forth Valley College. There is a possibility of
a number of MSPs attending.
This meeting – as with all official Board meetings – is open to anyone
interested in attending to observe. The agenda and papers for
consideration will be available to view from the SPA’s website
www.spa.police.uk
The formal public meeting of the Board begins at 1pm and it is anticipated
that the informal opportunity for elected representatives, members of the
public and local media to meet with the Board will follow immediate after.
If pressed for time, it is expected that the public Board meeting will aim
to finish by 3pm and the engagement event to follow thereafter.
Chief Inspector Stephen Sneddon will be attending with a member of his
community team.
Please contact the Police directly on 101 if you have any queries, not the
Alva Community Council. Thank you.
